Working with the Two Dimensions of God: Wisdom and Power by Pastor Pedro
Anchor Scripture: Acts 10:38 (NKJV)
“How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.”
INTRODUCTION: TWO DIMENSIONS YOU MUST WORK WITH
Acts 10:38 reveals a powerful truth: Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit and with power.
This shows us that power alone is not enough.
Many people assume that the Holy Spirit is only about power, but the Holy Spirit is actually the combination of wisdom and power.
1 Corinthians 2:4–5 (NKJV)
“My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.”
There is a dimension of God many people ignore—the wisdom dimension.
Power without wisdom can destroy; wisdom without power is incomplete.
To build anything that lasts, you must walk in both.
Proverbs 4:7 (NKJV)
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.”
PRINCIPLES FOR MEGA GROWTH AND GREATNESS
Principles are the children of wisdom.
Any life without principles will struggle to sustain success.
1. The Principle of Little Beginning
God never starts big—but He never remains small.
Zechariah 4:10 (NKJV)
“For who has despised the day of small things?”
Do not be afraid of your little beginning.
What matters is not how you start, but what virtue comes upon your start.
Matthew 13:31–32 (NKJV)
“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed… which indeed is the least of all the seeds; but when it is grown, it is greater than the herbs.”
2. The Principle of Mega Dreams and Vision
You cannot have a mega start without a mega dream.
Proverbs 23:7a (KJV)
“For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.”
Your future grows in the direction of your vision.
Habakkuk 2:2 (NKJV)
“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.”
3. The Principle of Focus, Planning, and Structure
Luke 14:28 (NKJV)
“For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost…?”
Hebrews 12:2 (NKJV)
“Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith…”
Proverbs 4:25 (NKJV)
“Let your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids look right before you.”
Your life is not shaped by random actions—it is shaped by habits.
Habits are the structures that determine your future.
Any success that is accidental will also be accidentally lost.
Luke 16:10 (NKJV)
“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much.”
Just as bones give structure to the body, habits give structure to success.
4. The Principle of Diligence
There is no substitute for hard work.
Proverbs 22:29 (NKJV)
“Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings.”
Keep improving.
Keep sharpening yourself.
Ecclesiastes 10:10 (NKJV)
“If the axe is dull, and one does not sharpen the edge, then he must use more strength.”
5. The Principle of Scriptural Foundation
Never start a journey without a scripture backing it.
Psalm 119:105 (NKJV)
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Every major assignment in Scripture had divine instruction.
Even Noah’s Ark—the first “upstairs” structure in the Bible—was built according to God’s pattern (Genesis 6:14–16).
PROPHETIC SPEAKING & AUTO-SUGGESTION
Prophetic speaking means:
-
Identifying God’s promise
-
Framing it with faith
-
Speaking it as present reality
Romans 4:17 (NKJV)
“God… calls those things which do not exist as though they did.”
Example:
Psalm 23:1 (NKJV)
“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
This is not future tense—it is present truth.
Many people weaken their faith by saying:
-
“I shall be healed”
-
“I shall have”
Instead, declare:
-
“I am healed”
-
“The Lord supplies all my needs”
2 Corinthians 4:13 (NKJV)
“I believed and therefore I spoke.”
The 60-Second Rule (Auto-Suggestion)
The fastest access to the soul is:
-
60 seconds before sleep
-
60 seconds after waking up
Speak scriptures in the present tense during these moments.
Joshua 1:8 (NKJV)
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth…”
Do it consistently for 21 days, and something will change in your subconscious.
FINAL EXHORTATION
Money does not respond to struggle; it responds to value, structure, and wisdom.
People commit resources to those who demonstrate discipline and capacity.
Deuteronomy 8:18 (NKJV)
“For it is He who gives you power to get wealth.”
You do not succeed by hustle alone—you succeed by mastery, wisdom, and obedience to divine principles.
CLOSING PRAYER THOUGHT
May God anoint your little beginning with wisdom and power.
May your habits align with your destiny.
May your words frame your future.
And may your life reflect the glory of God.
Amen.
